Membership

Conditions

• Special privileges for MAGURO members who have registered and verified their identity.
• Membership cards can only be used by the person whose name matches the membership card.
• The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and any associated benefits at its sole discretion without the requirement of providing advance notice.
• In the event of any disputes, the interpretation of these terms and the final decision made by the company shall be conclusive and binding

Membership Upgrade Criteria

• Membership level upgrade will be calculated from accumulated spending per year
• Membership level upgrade will be done on the next day, while downgrading will be done two times per year. (In every 30^th June and 31^st December each year: consider from accumulated spending in the past one year from a specific date)

Points Validity

• Membership points valid for 1 year from the month of purchasing goods and services and will be cut off every month end, for example all 35 points collected from goods and services purchased in January 2023 are valid until 31 January 2024. Remarks: Points collected from goods and services purchased before 2023, will expire in December 2023.

Membership Validity

• Membership cards have no expiration date unless there is no movement within 3 years from the last collection date.

• Membership cards can only be used by the person whose name matches the membership card.
• The company reserves the right to change conditions without prior notice.

Points Validity

• For members who apply for the first year, points will not be deducted.
• For next year, accumulated membership points collected from 1 January will be adjusted on 31 December of the respective year. The company will calculate accumulated points and automatically renew the card every year-end by deducting 20% of the remaining points to renew accumulated points. And the balance will be carried forward to the next year's accumulated points.
