MAGURO Group, is ready to fully enter the Data and Digital era, by joining with Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited to drive the business by investing more than 10 million baht to develop an advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system software through Salesforce, the global leading customer relationship management (CRM) from the United States. We aim to provide new dining experiences that match with food lovers, together with enhancing Sales potential and strengthening business growth.
Mr. Eakkalurk Sangsareedumrong, Chief Executive Officer and one of the co-founders of MAGURO group Co.,Ltd. revealed the 2022 strategy under the concept of Customer DEEPathy.
“The Maguro Group” has started using Salesforce CRM Solution and BE8 Solutions in the Line Package for connecting with the Salesforce system in order to increase efficiency in managing a large number of customer databases scattered across all 10 branches. With this system we can quickly utilize all the data in a more convenient platform to analyze customers’ needs more precisely for Loyalty Program design, such as discounts, giveaways and other privileges, which will help stimulate the number of repeated customers as well as other services that meet customers’ needs in each group in all situations. Furthermore this software will help supporting our plans to expand branches and delivery services in the future to cope with the New Normal era.
