MAGURO Group is excited to introduce its latest brand, "CouCou" (pronounced "Koo-Koo"), a new all-day dining concept, which will be opening its first branch at The Flavorhood, Praditmanutham. This will be a soft opening on December 25th, in a standalone space that just opened on November 1st. The new restaurant will be alongside popular brands like MAGURO and HITORI SHABU.

All-day dining restaurants are becoming increasingly popular in Asia, including countries like Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Thailand, especially among modern families and younger generations. The western market is valued at over 9 billion Baht, but most of these restaurants are located in central Bangkok, such as Sukhumvit, Silom, and Sathorn.

With this information and the goal of making CouCou a Food Destination, MAGURO Group chose to position it in a different location—at The Flavorhood—aiming to complement and diversify the area’s ecosystem. This location targets a high-potential demographic in the surrounding area, including modern families who are already familiar with this type of dining experience. Notably, this area lacks a restaurant of this concept, and CouCou can accommodate up to 84 seats, making it perfect for family gatherings, groups of friends on weekends, or office workers during weekdays.

CouCou is an all-day dining brand that serves delightful meals from breakfast to dinner. The name "CouCou," which means "Hello" in French, conveys a warm and friendly greeting, creating an inviting atmosphere for customers. The goal is to make every visit to CouCou a “Special Moment & Memorable Experience.”

One of the highlights of CouCou is its diverse breakfast menu, which includes both classic American and Full English breakfasts, a variety of sandwiches, as well as pancakes and waffles. CouCou also places great emphasis on food preparation, using advanced grilling techniques such as charcoal ovens and Argentine parrilla grills. These tools enhance the flavor and aroma of the dishes, especially grilled items like sausages, steaks, and other dinner offerings.

Another standout feature is CouCou's dedication to Specialty Coffee. The café carefully selects high-quality coffee beans from exclusive farms and offers over 20 specialty drinks, crafted with precision to deliver the perfect cup every time.

For pasta lovers, CouCou offers a variety of homemade pasta made with fresh noodles. The menu includes classics like Fettuccine Carbonara and the unique Pici pasta, with dishes like Pici with Tomato Sauce and Crab Meat, known for its tender, chewy texture and perfectly balanced flavors.

CouCou also caters to health-conscious diners with options like Organic Salad, including Caesar Salad and Duck Confit.

In the evening, CouCou transforms into a casual dining experience, offering European-inspired dishes such as Fillet Mignon, Beef Bourguignon, and a variety of desserts like Burnt Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, and Tiramisu.

The restaurant’s interior design is modern and vibrant, featuring a distinctive brick color scheme that complements the Modern Illustration art displayed throughout the space, evoking the feel of a European-style brunch café. There is also an outdoor, pet-friendly area where customers can bring their pets.

During the soft opening phase, CouCou will serve breakfast and lunch from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Once the grand opening occurs, dinner service will be added, extending the hours until 10:00 PM.
