We know that the charming point of eating Shabu-Shabu comes from well prepared ingredients, therefore we highly focus on meats that are served to best fit with customers' favorite taste.

Beyond being an expert in Japanese beef, we are also a Master of Premium A5 Beef because we deliberately select beef from the best sources. We select Wagyu beef from Akita prefecture in northern Japan. The cows here are meticulously raised from the finest food sources in the midst of nature with the most appropriate environment. As a result, the beef has a beautiful marbling pattern of fat inserted as well as having a soft, juicy texture and unique flavor.
